We are searching for a Property Buyers Agent who is driven, results-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. If you’ve been a Buyers Agent for at least 12 months, have a knack for securing the perfect properties, and want to dedicate your efforts to clients with the full support of a trusted agency, this is the opportunity for you.
At Teldmann, you’ll focus entirely on working directly with clients. You’ll use your expertise to help them find their dream properties while leveraging a fully supportive team and technology to back you up. Your role includes:
- Prospecting for and managing new clients
- Sourcing and inspecting properties that meet client needs
- Negotiating and liaising with selling agents on behalf of clients
- Providing a consultative, relationship-driven service
- Nurturing client relationships to deliver strong, long-term results
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be passionate about the real estate industry and delivering outstanding client results. Here are the key qualifications and attributes we’re seeking:
- A current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration (Barbadps)
- Experience as a Buyers Agent with proven results
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a consultative, client-first approach
- The ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detailed local market knowledge
- A positive, professional, and proactive personality
